Why oh why on the night that you need to /want to sleep.....you can't. I just don't get it at all. I've put in a busy productive week and tomorrow I go to serve in the Temple. I love being there but it's an early start to my day (6:15) NOW, it's 12:02 am and I'm wide awake. My legs are having one of there dancing nights, and I'm itchy all over like I've had a reaction to something !! I tried reading, a snack, some medication, but as you can see nothing is working. It's like my off switch is broken. Maybe it is.
I sometimes feel like it IS stuck ( my off switch) I can think of a thousand ( well maybe a hundred) things that I need to be doing....the never ending To Do List !!! Here it is...in no special order
1. burn down the house ( really just do some more purging/cleaning)
2.finish sewing projects so I can put away the machine.
3. finish preparing my Sunday school lesson
4.finish Christmas cards
5. check my Christmas list and shopping
6. Christmas baking
7. finish the Christmas tree
8.do more walking
9.organize photos
10.get a hair cut
11.finish quilt with......can't say...it's a surprise
12.collect pie orders
13.better scripture reading
14.massage
15.make Dr. appointment
16.do some home visits
17.write in my blog ( yay... I'm doing one thing!!!)
18.children's Christmas cards
19.clean the house some more
20.invites out for Boxing day
21.genealogy...light a fire under Bill
22.organize cupboards
23.runaway
24. pick up pies
25.decorating
26. did I mention declutter and clean
27.........this list is depressing me
and I'm not getting sleepy....what is the matter with me anyway....
Latest activities....Christmas tree went up today....first time ever before Dec.1st. ( not decorated )
working on quilts and pillowcases and Christmas Table runners.....hanging with Olivia....attended funeral For Gail's Mom ( first time in a Jehovah Witness meeting)....visiting teaching....hooked on kijiji.....card making....facetiming with Sophia and the Nelson kiddies ( I want them all back here !!!).....and a lot of little things.
I better go try to sleep. Sweet dreams everyone !
