Tuesday Buddies

What, it's Tuesday and I'm blogging!!! Not my usual practice, but when inspiration hits...DON'T IGNORE IT....so I'm inspired to write about my Tuesday buddies. Thanks to one of my very best buddies ( Sharon), a group of us gather at our church on Tuesday mornings to sew. Sharon ( and Kathy W...when she's here) have guided many of us in the art of quilting....and other sewing. The majority of the group are under thirty...but we're all young at heart ( ha ha) We spend the morning sewing and any children who tag along run, jump, and play to their hearts content.

So today, as often, I pulled out my iPhone camera to catch some Tuesday moments. It was during this time that it hit me what a great gathering this is. There was lots of chatter, laughing, screaming ( kiddie calls),and yes, sewing. I sometimes  groan about packing up my sewing gear, and Olivia's things....BUT when I'm there I'm happy, she's happy, and I'm with some pretty amazing people. They come from all over....Calgary, Utah, Wisconsin, Halifax, Dartmouth, and probably other places. They have a variety of talents, and we share a common bond through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Everyone is welcome to join us...and we love visitors.
Here are some clips from today....Oh how I love the kiddies that come each week.....all so cute

Birthdays....

Love my children to the moon and back....Happy Birthday to MY fab four....starting on April 26th with Michael and Kathryn....not twins, but two years apart.  I did get to speak to Kathy between Regina and Yorkton; Michael I got to be with on Sunday April 27th for an amazing BBQ organized by his sweet wife Keah. The siblings once again posted some of their happy memories....and made it a great day of photo memories. The O'Hearon's love to take photos.
