May 2.2014...a day of remembrances and celebration. My youngest,LAURA is now 25 . She lives too far away in Calgary with her husband Jeremy and is expecting her first child.
As happens on many birthdays the photos come out and we reminisce about her life.I have been truly blessed with amazing children, none any less then the others.
Laura took on the role of baby in the siblings, but is a delightful sister to each of them. She gave me her own set of challenges growing up, but as a mom I couldn't be prouder of the young woman that she has become.
She is beautiful, smart, hard working, caring, spiritual, fun, determined, and so many other positive adjectives.
Above all she is a dear friend to me and many. She listens, she understands, and she acts on it.

This birthday was extra special. 25 is a milestone of sorts. For Laura it is an extra special milestone because she is pregnant. On May 1st she had an ultrasound done by her good friend Lauren Clarke. At that time the gender of said baby D. was determined and rather than find out immediately, Laura opted to have the reveal on her birthday. For some reason she has been feeling it is a boy ( but secretly hoping for a girl) Check out the following.....
